Ingredients

  • 2 med. avocados
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Dash of red pepper sauce
  • 1 med. tomato, minced

Directions

  1. Cut avocados lengthwise into fourths; remove pits and peel. Place avocados, water and lowfat milk in blender container, cover and blend till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill till chilled. Garnish each piece with lemon slices, if you like. Makes 8 (1/2 c.) servings. 115 calories per serving.
