  1. Husk and wash cherries. Prepare crust for 11 inch crust (double) line pan. Mix cherries, sugar, flour and nutmeg together. Put in crust and sprinkle vanilla around over cherries. Put top crust on and bake in 400 degree oven for 45 min.
