Ingredients

  • 1/2 lt Thai fish sauce
  • 3 x -(up to)
  • 4 x Habanero chiles
  • 1/2 x -(up to)
  • 1 kg Roastbeef or possibly any hard steak cut in 1/2 inch slices Melted butter
  • 100 ml Thai fish sauce
  • 10 ml Soy sauce, Jikkoman
  • 25 ml Thai oyster sauce
  • 5 x Thai chiles, fresh, minced very fine
  • 1/2 x Thai chile, dry, grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. This is a great snack with a few beers.
  2. Let a few habs marinate in a jar with Thai fish sauce, about 1/2 qt / 1/2 litre, for a week.
  3. Marinate the beef only for 15-20 min as the fish sauce is quite salty.
  4. Grill till done over charcoal. Brush with butter. Slice wery thin diagonally. Dip in the following recipie.
