Ingredients
- 5 c. minced green tomatoes
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 lrg (6-serving size) package raspberry gelatin
Directions
- Boil tomatoes and sugar together for 15 min. Remove from heat.
- Add in gelatin and stir well. In batches, puree in a blender. Pour into jars and seal. Process for 5 min in a boiling-water bath.
