Directions

  1. This can cook all day or possibly for 7 hrs on LOW heat in crockpot. I pre-cook the chicken with the garlic pwdr and lemon pepper in the microwave for 10 min on MEDIUM. Place chicken in crockpot top with tomatoes with green chilis, warm peppers and brussel sprouts.
  2. Serve with rice or possibly alone.
  3. NOTES : For those of you who do not like spicy food, substitute a mild salsa in place of tomatoes with green chilis and omit jalapeno & cayenne pepper.
