  • 1 can French style green beans, liquid removed
  • 1 can shoe peg corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

  1. Combine green beans, corn, soup, lowfat sour cream, onions and cheese; mix well. Pour into a 9"x12" baking dish.
  2. Crumble crackers on top. Sprinkle almonds on crackers. Heat butter and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
