Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans (French cut)
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill, minced or possibly 1 teaspoon dry dill
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in oil. Add in tomatoes and simmer 5 min. Add in green beans, seasonings, and a few Tbsp. of water. Cover and cook on low heat till beans are tender. Serves 6.
