1/4 c. Green creme de menthe
2 Tbsp. White creme de cacao
1 c. Whipping cream whipped
1 pt Vanilla ice cream softened
1 x Chocolate wafer crust (9-inch) Additional whipped cream for garnish

Directions

Preparation Time: 0:30Combine marshmallows and lowfat milk in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook till marshmallows heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; coo, stirring occasionally. Add in creme de menthe and creme de cacao; mix in whipped cream. Spread ice cream proportionately in piecrust, and pour marshmallow mix over ice cream.
Freeze at least 6 hrs. Garnish with additional whipped cream.
Yield: one 9-inch pie.
