Directions

  1. Put chocolate squares with 2 c. raw lowfat milk in double boiler. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt well in separate bowl and add in 1/4 c. lowfat milk and mix.
  2. After the raw lowfat milk and chocolate is scalded add in the sugar mix cooking 15 min, stirring constantly till thickens and afterwards occasionally.
  3. Add in vanilla and turn into a serving dish. Refrigerateand serve with or possibly without sugar and cream.
