Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast, dry powdered
- 2 c. White flour, for bread
- 1 c. Flour, whole-grain wheat
- 1/4 c. Wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp. Wheat gluten
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil, or possibly margarine melted
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 1/4 c. Warm water
- 1 c. Golden brown raisins
Directions
- Place ingredients in Bread Machine in order recommended by the manufacturer. Set crust control for light. Select "Raisin bread" setting.
- Press start and go do something else. Add in raisins when machine beeps at you. Eat bread when cold.
