Goat Jerky Recipe

Ingredients
3 lb lean goat meat
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
2 Tbsp. coarse grnd black pepper
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Wright's Natural Hickory Seasoning Smoke
Directions
Trim meat and soak 24 hrs in a mix of salt and water. Drain meat from water and marinate in the above mix 1 to 2 hrs. Smoke over warm mesquite coals about 8 hrs.
