Ingredients

  • Gnocchi with Chorizo
  • 4oz (120gr) fresh gnocchi
  • 2oz (60gr) chorizo, thinly sliced
  • 10 dry-cured Greek Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbs capers
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped tomato I used yellow tomato from my freezer
  • 4 tsp olive oil
