Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 box of Ancient Harvest Quinoa Rotelle (8 ounce)
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce (8 ounce each)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Basil
  • 1 medium sweet vidalia onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for boiling the noodles)
  • salt and pepper to taste
