  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • White or colored sanding sugars
  • For filling
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tbs grated lemon zest
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbs light corn syrup
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
