Ingredients Convert Measures
- 4 pound pork roast
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. orange marmalade (spread on roast)
Directions
- Bake roast at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till thermometer registers 170 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
