Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. dry figs Snipped
  • 2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. dates Minced
  • 1/2 c. Wheat germ toasted
  • 1/2 c. prunes Minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Dark raisins
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 c. apple minced (1 med. size)
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice

Directions

  1. Combine the figs, dates, prunes, pineapple, raisins, Apple, walnuts, and orange juice in a bowl. Add in the Remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into a lightly oiled 10 inch tube pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 40 to 50 min.
