Directions

  1. In 12" saute/fry pan add in oil, garlic, and minced parsley. Saute/fry shrimp, scallops, and mussels till shrimp become pink. Deglaze pan with white wine, season with salt and pepper. Add in fresh tomato and cooked pasta. Heat thoroughly and serve.
