Frozen Banana Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • bananas Dutch cocoa

Directions

  1. 1) Peel and freeze very ripe bananas2. When frzn, remove bananas and let sit about 10 min.
  2. 3. Put bananas into food processor. Add in some Dutch Cocoa (to taste).
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. 4. Eat as soft serve, or possibly re-freeze for more solid serve.
  5. NOTES : This probably isn't want you want (it doesn't require an ice cream maker), but it's good for a last minute banana "ice cream".....or possibly for those times you have overly-ripe bananas and do not feel like making banana bread.
