Ingredients

  • 1 c. Very ripe mashed bananas Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 pt Heavy cream
  • 1 pch Salt

Directions

  1. Combine bananas, lime & sugar & mix well. Whip cream with salt till very stiff. Mix in banana & spread in shallow dish. Freeze solid.
  2. Remove & soften slightly. Cut into cubes & process in processor with steel blade till consistency of ice cream. Pack & freeze. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
