Ingredients

  • 1 can (11-oz) mandarin orange sections
  • 1 x (6-oz) package Jell-O Orange Gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt orange sherbet

Directions

  1. Drain oranges, measuring syrup. Add in water to syrup to make 1 c.. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in measured liquid. Add in sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring till melted. Refrigeratetill thickened. Mix in orange sections, reserving a few for garnish. Pour into serving bowl or possibly individual serving dishes and refrigeratetill set-at least 1 hour. Garnish with reserved mandarin sections.
