Ingredients
- 8 to 10 fresh or possibly frzn squid
- 20 (or possibly more) scallops
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Clean squid and cut into 1-inch pcs. Clean scallops and slice in half. Heat extra virgin olive oil in frying pan. Add in squid and scallops. Season with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, and stir as they cooking for several min. Sprinkle with lemon juice, stir mix well. Serves 6 to 8.
