Ingredients

Lotus roots
vegitable oil (for deep fry)
salts

Directions

  1. Slice lotus roots as thinly as possible.
  2. Heat frying oil at low heat.(150 ℃)
  3. Place sliced lotus roots in the pan, and fry slowly, until crispy.
  4. Drain on paper towel and taste with salt.
