Ingredients
- 2 pkt Frzn artichoke hearts x Flour for dredging x Large eggs for dipping x Flavored bread crumbs x Salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, grated cheese x Oil for frying
Directions
- Cook the artichoke hearts in water for about 3-4 min. Drain. When cold sufficient to handle, dredge in flour. Then dip in egg and in bread crumbs pressing the crumbs in gently with the palm of your hand. Fry on both sides in warm oil till golden brown. Drain and serve. (wrv)
