Ingredients

  • 4 x fresh albacore tuna steaks, 3/4" thick (abt 10 to 12 ounce total)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
  • 1 x sweet onion finely diced
  • 2 x celery ribs finely diced
  • 1 bn dill snipped
  • 1 bn chives minced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 x potato bread hamburger rolls - (to 4) Bottled sweet pickles Potato chips

Directions

  1. Poach tuna in salted water for 3 to 4 min till cooked through. Flake and pull apart.
  2. Combine with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion and celery, herbs, salt and pepper. Spoon on rolls. Top with some sliced sweet pickles and potato chips.
  3. This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
