Ingredients

  • 100 gm French beans
  • 100 gm Potatoes
  • 100 gm Corn
  • 2 x Carrots, julienned (100 g) A few tender lettuce leaves, minced
  • 3 tsp Vinegar, (15 ml)
  • 1 tsp Mustard pwdr, (5 g) Salt and sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil, (5 ml)

Directions

  1. STRING the french beans and cut them diagonally. Boil, peel and dice the potatoes. Boil corn until tender.
  2. Mix vinegar, mustard pwdr, sugar, salt and oil. Combine french beans, carrots, potatoes and corn in a bowl. Pour vinegar mix over the salad and stir. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
  3. NOTES : (Boiled vegetables with a vinegar-mustard dressing)
