Ingredients
- 5 c. Apples, pared and sliced (up to 6) Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Oleo
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Oleo
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
Directions
- Line a 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Add in apples and pour cinnamon mix on top. Sprinkle lemon juice on top and dot with oleo.
- Cut oleo into flour mix. Cover apples with mix. Bake in 450 oven for 10 min. Reduce heat to 375 and bake 40 to 50 min longer.
