Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 2/3 c. salsa sauce (any type)
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. minced tomatoes
- 3/4 c. minced black olives
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Put together 2 tbsp salsa sauce with refried beans and mix together.In a separate bowl, mix lowfat sour cream with remaining salsa sauce.
- Using a 9 inch pie pan, layer beans, lowfat sour cream mix, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve with nacho chips.
