Ingredients

  • 4 ounce Canned Alaska salmon, pink or possibly red
  • 1 c. Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 c. Cream cheese
  • 8 slc Bread, cut into 8 fish shapes Cucumber slices for garnish

Directions

  1. 1. Drain the can of salmon and flake the fish. Set aside.
  2. 2. Mix together the cucumber and the cheese.
  3. 3. Spread a layer of this onto four of the bread fish shapes.
  4. 4. Top with a layer of salmon flakes.
  5. 5. Add in second fish shape and decorate with cucumber slices arranged as scales.
