Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish, filleted
- â cup Mornay sauce
- ½ cup onion, diced
- 2 tsp. mustard, prepared
- 2 tsp. vinegar, malted
- 1 tsp. parsley, dried
Directions
- Cook the onions, covered, for two minutes at 950 watts. Mix them with the cheese sauce and parsley.
- Rub the mustard and vinegar on the fillets, then cook the fish, vented, for seven minutes with 650 watts. Let stand.
- Heat the sauce mix with 950 watts for two minutes, then pour the sauce over the fish.
