Ingredients
- 1 ct Cottage Cheese, (500G)
- 2 x Pakages Cream Cheese, (250G)
- 1 x Pakage Mexicasa Taco Seasoning Mix Shredded Lettuce Grated Cheese Minced Tomato Minced Green Onions Mexicasa Nacho Chips
Directions
- 1. In a blender or possibly food processor, blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and seasoning mix till smooth.
- 2. Line 2 small bowls with plastic wrap.
- 3. Divide mix proportionately between bowls; cover and refrigerate2-3 hrs or possibly overnight, or possibly freeze. Flavors improve with a few hrs standing time.
- Garnish as desired at serving time.
- Makes two 2-c. molds.
