Ingredients: 1/2 c. Very strong black coffee; 1 c. Ketchup; 1/4 c. Garlic vinegar; 3/4 c. Firmly packed dark brown sugar; 1 x Onion, Peeled And Minced; 2 x Garlic, peeled and crushed; 2 Tbsp. Dark molasses; 8 x Dry habaneros; 4 x Dry chipotles; 2 Tbsp. Warm dry mustard; 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin; 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr

Ingredients

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 20 min. Cold, then puree in a blender or possibly food processor till smooth. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in a covered container.
Not for the faint of heart!!!
