- 1 c. Flour
- 2/3 c. Packed brown sugar AB c Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr AB t Salt AB t Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 x Egg whites
- 2/3 c. Skim lowfat milk AB c Dark Karo corn syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Spray 9 in cake pan with Pam. in large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar,,cornstarch, baking pwdr, slat , and spices. In medium bowl, whisk egg whites, lowfat milk, syrup and vanilla. Add in to flour mix and stir units smooth. Pour into prepared pan and cook 350 25 to 30 min. Cold in pan or possibly on wire rack. Francine Martin Palatable Potpourri format by EMILIE
