- 2 lrg Garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Cooled espresso
- 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh rosemary leaves (or possibly 1 teaspoon dry)
- 1/4 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
Directions
- Yield: 1/2 c.
- In mixing bowl, mash the garlic and salt into a paste. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Use on beef or possibly chicken or possibly marinate lamb in this mix
