Ingredients
- 2 pkt Frzn minced spinach Artichokes
- 1 1/2 c. Grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp Savory
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 x Onion -- grated
- 1/3 c. Minced fresh parsley
- 5 x Large eggs -- well beaten Salt, pepper and garlic salt To taste (6 1/2 ounce) marinated
Directions
- Cook spinach according to package directions, drain. Chop artichokes and put in bottom of 2 qt dish with marinade. Mix everything else together except for 1/2 c. cheese and put in dish over artichokes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
