Ingredients
- 1 med. Irish potatoes
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pt. Wesson oil
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Boil potatoes, mash while warm. Add in salt and mustard. Add in very slowly the oil, constantly beating. Season with Tabasco, onion juice and Worcestershire sauce to taste. A bit of turmeric may be added to give proper color. Used in World War I.
