Directions

  1. Cut carrots into matchstick size pcs. Thinly slice onion and cut broccoli into 2 inch pcs. Put 3 Tbsp. oil in 12 inch skillet over high heat. Add in carrots, onion, broccoli and celery. Cook approximately 3-4 min. Add in salt, sugar and mushrooms including liquid. Cover and cook 5-6 min, stirring occasionally.
