Ingredients
- 4 lrg whole chicken legs (thigh and drum)
- 1/2 c. oyster sauce (Oriental section of grocer)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. melted margarine or possibly butter
- 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
Directions
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or possibly better yet, grill over low heat. Legs will be a lovely golden. Very easy to double, triple, etc... legs and thighs seem to be typical Thai, but you can use any cut of chicken
