Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 c. quick oatmeal
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all the above together and make small balls and put in large roaster. Make a sauce of 1/2 c. catsup, 1 Tbsp. vinegar, 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. water. Pour over raw meatballs and bake, covered 1 hour at 350 degrees and do not peek. If desired more sauce, double recipe for sauce.
