Directions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt. Place pork chops in ungreased baking pan. Top each chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 Tbsp. brown sugar and 1 Tbsp. of ketchup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and bake, spooning sauce onto chops occasionally till done, about 30 min longer. Makes 4 servings.
