Ingredients
- 1 onion mushroom soup mix (dry)
- 1 cup breadcrumb
- 1 kilo ground chicken breast - molded to small patties
- 3 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
- Oil
Directions
- Combine powdered soup mix and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken nugget patties in breadcrumb-mixture one at a time until evenly coated.
- Heat the frying pan and pour in some oil.
- When oil is hot and ready, drop each nugget patties aligned side by side.
- Turn each nugget after 2mins.
- Cook until it's golden brown.
- Serve with gravy or catsup
