Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. rice (raw)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 to 1 can of water
- 1 tbsp. onion soup mix
- 8 chicken breast halves or possibly whole cut up chicken
- 1 more can of cream of chicken plus 1/2 can water mixed
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients in the bottom of large casserole or possibly 9 x 12 pan. Place chicken pcs on rice mix. Pour second can of soup plus water over top of chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Add in more water needed. Cover with foil if chicken gets too browned.
