Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts boned and skinned
  • 1 pkg. minced beef cut up
  • 6 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Equal amount of lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese
  • No salt or possibly white pepper

Directions

  1. Line pan with minced beef arrange chicken breast over beef. Place one slice of Canadian bacon on top of each serving. Put combined lowfat sour cream and soup over chicken. Sprinkle with pepper chicken. Sprinkle with pepper spread with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
