Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
- 1 (15.8 ounce.) can pinto beans
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced chilies
- 1 teaspoon cajun salt
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
Directions
- Blend on high in blender till smooth then add in 3-4 c. shredded mild Cheddar or possibly Longhorn. Heat in crockpot or possibly microwave on medium 5 min. Then keep hot in crockpot. Doubles easily.
