.%20%20I%20added%20it%20to%20last%20week's%20menu%20plan!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20so%20glad%20that%20I%20gave%20Beef%20Stroganoff%20another%20chance!%20%20This%20recipe%20was%20a%20hit!%20%20I%20even%20had%20seconds%20(and%20I've%20been%20laying%20off%20the%20seconds%20for%20the%20past%20few%20weeks)!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20tried%20to%20stick%20as%20close%20to%20the%20original%20recipe%20%20as%20possible,%20but%20made%20a%20couple%20of%20small%20changes%20like%20leaving%20out%20the%20mushrooms%20and%20using%20less%20meat.%20%20I%20also%20used%20a%20mixture%20of%20ground%20beef%20and%20some%20zesty%20hot%20pork%20sausage%20because%20that's%20what%20we%20had%20in%20the%20freezer.%20%20So,%20I%20guess%20this%20is%20really%20Beef%20and%20Pork%20Stroganoff.%20%20Is%20there%20such%20a%20thing?%20%20I%20guess%20there%20is...now!%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEasy%20Beef%20Stroganoff%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20pot%20or%20dutch%20oven,%20over%20medium%20heat,%20brown%20and%20drain%20the%20meat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20onion,%20cook%20until%20tender.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESeason%20with%20pepper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDisolve%20bouillon%20granules%20in%20hot%20water,%20then%20pour%20over%20the%20meat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20Worcestershire%20sauce,%20garlic,%20tomato%20paste.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20the%20flour%20and%20water;%20add%20to%20pot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStir%20until%20well%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EReduce%20heat%20and%20simmer,%20uncovered%20for%20an%20hour.%20%20Stirring%20often.%20%20Adding%20water%20if%20needed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStir%20in%20sour%20cream%20just%20before%20serving.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServe%20over%20hot,%20buttered%20noodles.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20has%20been%20linked%20to%20the%20following%20blog%20carnivals%20and%20linky%20parties:%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
