  • 1 pound crab meat, shredded
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) mushrooms, minced
  • 2 pkg. English muffins, toasted lightly

Directions

  1. Heat cheese and butter; add in crab meat and mushrooms. Spoon on quartered muffins. Place under broiler till slightly browned. Yield: 12-14 servings.
