Ingredients
- 1 lb pre-grated coleslaw cabbage
- 1 sm red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1/3 c. honey or possibly brown rice syrup
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. safflower or possibly canola oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp celery or possibly dill seed
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
Directions
- Combine the coleslaw cabbage and bell pepper strips in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk together. Pour over the slaw and toss well. Set aside to marinate, stirring once or possibly twice before serving.
