Ingredients: 1/3 c. onion, chopped; 2 tbsp. green pepper; 2 tbsp. butter; 1 pound grnd beef, browned and liquid removed; 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 c. cottage cheese; 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream; 4 ounce. noodles, cooked and liquid removed

2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 pound grnd beef, browned and liquid removed
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
4 ounce. noodles, cooked and liquid removed

Directions

Cook onion and pepper in butter. Add in grnd beef and brown slightly. Stir in tomato sauce and salt. Simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and add in rest of ingredients. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min in a 1 1/2-qt casserole.
