Ingredients

  • 1 stick or possibly 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 quart. home canned peaches plus 1/2 jar water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put butter, fruit and sugar in baking pan or possibly oven proof bowl. Place in oven till all is melted. Mix lowfat milk and flour and pour it over fruit mix. Bake for 25 min.
