Ingredients
- 1 lg. head cabbage
- 6 lg. onions
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 lg. pkg. celery
- 1 lg. pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 lg. can tomatoes or possibly tomato puree
- 10 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
- Chop and dice all vegetables. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cover completely with water, cook 2 1/2 hrs over low heat. Low calorie and the longer it sets, the better it gets.
