  1. Refrigeratea small mixing bowl and beaters. In the top section of a double boiler, soften gelatin in the melted concentrated orange juice. Place over warm water, and stir till the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla. Using cool beaters, beat dry lowfat milk and water till soft peaks form. Add in the lemon juice and beat till stiff.
  2. Mix in orange juice mix. Spread on 12 graham crackers. Top with the remaining crackers. Wrap individually; freeze till hard about 2 hrs.
  3. Makes 12 servings.
